These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SyncX website at https://syncx.trade ("Website") and the SyncX software product and services provided by SyncX. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of SyncX

SyncX is a professional NinjaTrader 8 copytrade tool that mirrors trades across multiple accounts — locally or remotely — in real time. It is provided as a software subscription service.

2. Subscription and Access

When you purchase a SyncX subscription, you gain access to download and use the SyncX software for the duration of your active subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal.

3. Usage Rights and Restrictions

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SyncX on your own trading accounts. You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the software with third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Use the software for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with others

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SyncX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. SyncX does not guarantee any trading results or profits. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses incurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SyncX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software, including but not limited to trading losses.

7. User Data and Privacy

8. Non-Personal Data Collection

If you are accessing SyncX from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
